Met him first in Aberdeen in the Shegui days when they were gigging the Around The World For Sport album, and hit it off from the start. Painted the Royal Mile red with him on many an occasion, tumbling afterwards into the shop / makeshift shebeen to continue the high hilarity and music until stupid o'clock.
